Job Description:
The Senior Project Engineer for Healthcare projects is
responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of construction
and development, ensuring compliance with design specifications and
building codes. They collaborate with various stakeholders, manage
project schedules, and coordinate subcontractors to deliver
high-quality and timely completion of multifamily residential
projects.
This company is fast growing multifamily general contractor in the
Southern California region. They have multiple projects lined up
for this year and next, and they were voted one of the fastest
growing private companies in Orange County two years in a row.
Project Planning: A project engineer is involved in the initial
planning phase of a project. They contribute to defining project
goals, objectives, and deliverables. They work closely with
stakeholders to establish project timelines, budgets, and resource
requirements.
# Project Coordination: Project engineers coordinate various
activities and teams involved in a project. They collaborate with
different stakeholders, such as architects, designers, suppliers,
and contractors, to ensure effective communication and
coordination. They facilitate meetings, provide project updates,
and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise during the
project.
# Project engineers possess strong technical knowledge in their
field of expertise. They contribute to the engineering design
process, review technical drawings and specifications, and ensure
compliance with industry standards and regulations. They provide
technical guidance to project teams and troubleshoot any technical
challenges that may arise.
# Resource Management: Managing project resources is a crucial
responsibility of a project engineer. They assess and allocate

Successful candidates for the Senior Project Engineer role in
Healthcare construction will have:
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or
a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare residential
construction projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and
regulations.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
