Job Description:
A company is looking for a Team Leader.
Key Responsibilities:
Coach and develop team to achieve account specific and organization
CPIs and KPIs
Responsible for monitoring employee performance and managing
employee performance to meet client expectations
Handle escalated and non-resolved customer calls and participate in
cross-functional activities
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required, associate or bachelor's
degree preferred
1+ years experience in customer service, call center or related
field, including 12 months in a supervisor capacity
Proficiency with necessary technology and ability to drive team
efficiency and productivity
Ability to coach, train, and motivate employees, delegate
workloads, and drive continuous improvement efforts
Ability to problem solve, handle conflict, anticipate issues, and
proactively institute solutions
