Job Description:

A well-established and well-respected firm in California with multiple locations is seeking to add Attorneys to our civil litigation practice due to growth in our client base.This position can be FULLY REMOTE - - MUST LIVE IN CALIFORNIA. -Requirements:

• J.D. from an accredited law school; a member in good standing of the California Bar
• Strong drafting skills
• Highly team-oriented
• 5 years of post-Bar experience working on the defense of insurance bad faith and fraud cases and/or work on SIU investigations for our insurance team.Responsibilities include:
  • Case management
  • Drafting pleadings, discovery, motions, briefs, and other litigation documents
  • Corresponding with clients and opposing counsel
  • Legal and technical research
  • Providing guidance to law clerks and other associates
  • Preparing for and attending depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials
  • Accurately and promptly tracking billable time
