Job Description:
A company is looking for a Tax Manager to support the
development and expansion of product offerings and initiatives
globally.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with various teams to address complex tax issues and
communicate effectively with stakeholders
Conduct extensive tax research, prepare memos, and manage
inter-company transactions and transfer pricing documentation
Anticipate tax risks and changes, providing operational guidance
and practical solutions
Required Qualifications
At least 8 years of international tax advisory experience with a
top-tier accounting/consulting firm or in the blockchain/crypto
industry
Strong knowledge of US and international tax regulations and global
transfer pricing
Proven experience in supporting new products and initiatives in a
fast-paced environment
Willingness to adapt and grow in a startup environment
Master's in Taxation, LLM, or CPA preferred
