One of the top mid-sized CPA companies in the area, we serve C-Corp, S-Corp, Partnership, high net worth individuals and businesses within industries that include real estate, construction, entertainment, technology, healthcare/medical sectors and more. We are seeking a Tax Senior to join our growing team!What You Will Be Doing

• Plan and coordinate C-Corp, S-Corp, partnership and individual tax compliance.
• Develop and deliver tax planning techniques for clients while addressing their needs.
• Interact with the clients' advisors.
• Tax research, analysis and written memorandum.
• Prepare and review quarterly and annual income tax provisions while identifying and documenting uncertain tax positions.What You Need for this Position
• 3+ years of tax preparation for S-Corps, C-Corps, Partnerships and Individuals.
• 3+ years of Tax Planning & Compliance.
• Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; Master's of Tax degree preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and the Internet.
• Ability to manage own time and the time of others.
• Ability to motivate, develop and direct people as they work.
• Capacity to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of how to apply principles of logical thinking to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail.What's In It for YouSalary: $70k - $95kBenefits
