This is an incredible opportunity for someone with strong interpersonal skills who is passionate about contributing to the overall financial health and success of the organization. We are looking for candidates with a solid background in billing and collections in a multi-national business-to-business environment. This role will report to the Manager, Revenue Accounting and will be a San Diego based on-site role.If you possess the following and want to make a meaningful impact, we invite you to explore this role.Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Generate accurate and timely invoices for products/services delivered to customers
• Respond timely and politely to customer inquiries
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries and concerns
• Follow up on outstanding receivables and ensure timely payment
• Process and post customer payments to the appropriate accounts
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer transactions
• Provide support to the broader accounting team as neededEducation and Experience:
  • A minimum of three years' experience in a multi-national business-to-business billing and collections environment is required
  • Knowledge of NetSuite accounting software and SalesForce
  • Experience with Avalara Tax Compliance Software
  • Working knowledge of accounting
  • Effective communication, collaboration, organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Excellent math skills and strong attention to detailPhysical Requirements:

      • Full Time/HourlyBase Compensation Pay Range:
