Range:$110,000.00/Yr. - $125,000.00/Yr.Actual starting pay will
vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic
location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.Eligible for

upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.About This
JobThe Manager, Accounting & Finance will oversee and manage the
company's accounting operations within the designated area. This
role is pivotal in ensuring the production of accurate financial
reports and enhancing the accuracy of the entity's reported
financial results, and ensuring that reported results comply with
generally accepted accounting principles and SOX
standards.Responsibilities:
- Assist accounting senior management in maintaining and updating
a documented system of accounting policies, procedures, and process
documents
- Review and process approved GL maintenance transactions
- Complete primary review of specified reconciliations, including
daily intercompany transactions and operations
- Complete primary review and release of specified manual journal
entries
- Implement new accounting systems and integrate current systems
to reduce manual processes and automate controls
- Assist in executing the month end close process as directed by
accounting senior management
- Assist with special projects as directed by accounting senior
management
- Prepare support for independent public accounting auditors,
regulators and internal auditors as directed by accounting senior
management
- Create cradle to grave processes from the technical aspects of
an area through the application (including SOX requirements)
- Create analysis related to new regulatory or business models,
including adapting analysis on process to incorporate new products
or initiativesQualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and finance
roles
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and SOX compliance
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to manage and lead a team effectivelyAxos
