Reporting directly to the Associate Athletic Director of Ticket Operations, this role is vital in ensuring accurate budget reconciliation and comprehensive reporting.Key Responsibilities:

  • Budget Reconciliation and Reporting: Perform thorough budget reconciliation and generate detailed reports. Work to streamline the reconciliation process for efficiency.
  • Product Insight: Provide valuable insights into our full range of ticket products, including season tickets, group tickets, and single-game tickets.

      • This is a full-time (1.0 time-base), benefits eligible, temporary position with an anticipated end date of December 31, 2025, with the possibility of reappointment.
      • This position is designated non-exempt under FLSA and is eligible for overtime compensation.
      • Standard SDSU work hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., but may vary based on operational needs. (Ability to work nights/weekends.)
      • The individual hired into this role will work primarily at Snapdragon Stadium and will occasionally work on campus at SDSU in San Diego.Education and ExperienceEquivalent to three years of progressively responsible financial record-keeping experience which has provided the above knowledge and abilities; Any equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the required knowledge and abilities.Compensation and BenefitsStarting salary upon appointment is not expected to exceed $4,200 per month.Salary placement is determined by the education, experience, and qualifications the candidate brings to the position, internal equity, and the hiring department's fiscal resources.San Diego State University offers a rich benefits package that constitutes a major portion of total compensation.
