Job Summary:
The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be crucial in managing
trade shows, generating and qualifying leads, providing inside
sales support, and supporting our channel representatives. This
role involves planning and executing trade show participation,
developing lead generation strategies, and maintaining accurate
sales records using Salesforce (SFDC) and Salesloft. Assist channel
reps by providing necessary tools and resources, creating
newsletters, and updating the Sales Portal with the latest
marketing materials. Reports directly to the Director of Marketing,
providing regular updates on project progress and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Trade Show Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute trade show
participation, including booth setup, promotional materials, and
follow-up activities.
Lead Generation and Qualification: Develop and implement strategies
to generate and qualify leads through various channels, ensuring a
steady pipeline of potential clients. Utilization of the in-house
marketing automation platform (Pardot).
Inside Sales / Sales Support: Provide support to the sales team by
managing Salesforce (SFDC) and Salesloft, tracking sales
activities, and assisting with sales presentations and
proposals.
Channel Rep Support: Assist channel representatives with their
sales efforts, providing them with the necessary tools, resources,
and information to succeed. Regular communication with reps to
collect feedback regarding lead quality and opportunity status.
Channel Rep Newsletter: Create and distribute a regular newsletter
to keep channel representatives informed about product updates,
sales tips, and company news.
Sales Portal Updates: Maintain and update the rep portal with the
latest marketing materials, product information, and sales
resources.
Minimum Qualifications:
3 years of B2B sales/marketing experience.
Bachelor's degree required.
Travel 3-4 times per year.
Desired Qualifications:
Proven experience in trade show and/or event management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
Demonstrated working knowledge with Salesforce.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and accurately.
Salesforce, Pardot or CRM/Marketing Automation Certification and/or
experience.
Salesloft experience.

Salary Range:
The annual pay range for this position generally ranges between
$80,000 - $100,000. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or
below the range based on various factors including but not limited
to location, experience, and performance. In addition, AMETEK
