What You Will Do to Change Lives
The Peer Recovery Coach II engages, inspires and facilitates
meaningful conversations with members which assist the members to
explore, create and meet their own recovery goals. The PRC II
serves to coach and guide other Peer Support professionals in the
delivery of peer support services. PRC II provide peer services
supervision in collaboration with the clinical supervisor and act
as the peer services consultant to program leadership and other
staff. The Peer Recovery Coach II may deliver educational
supervision groups on the unique discipline of peer support
services and the roles of peer support professionals.
Peer Recovery Coaches II provide consultation to the team to
promote and reinforce Telecare's Recovery Culture as defined by the
Telecare Recovery Centered Clinical System (RCCS) in which each
member's point of view and preferences are recognized, understood,
respected, and integrated into services and self-help programming.
Additionally, Peer Recovery Coaches respond to critical situations
with high-level engagement and de-escalation skills which support a
least restrictive environment for members served experiencing an
emergency related to a mental health/addiction challenge.
Shifts Available:
Per Diem/On Call: work 1-2 shifts per week or 1-2 shifts every
other week
AM, PM and NOC
Expected starting wage range is $23.00 - $27.00. Telecare applies
geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned
to this role will be based on the geographic location from which
the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant
experience above the minimum requirements.
Shift differentials for hourly staff (6% for PM Shift, 10% for
Overnight Shift). Weekend Shift differentials for hourly staff (5%
for Weekend AM Shift, 11% for Weekend PM Shift, 15% for Weekend
Overnight Shift)
What You Bring to the Table (Must Have)
* High School Diploma or GED required
* Certified Peer Specialist and/or completed Peer Support
Training
* Two (2) years or part-time equivalent of experience supporting
individuals with behavioral health challenges
* Experience as a beneficiary of the public Behavioral Health
system of care
* Successful completion of Peer Support Training or Peer Employment
Training.
* Valid and current driver's license, and personal vehicle
insurance with your name listed as a driver.
* Willingness to use the company vehicle to drive clients to
appointments and groups, etc.

Response Team (MCRT) serving individuals of all ages experiencing
mental health crisis.
* MCRT is creating an opportunity for to intervene in a unique way
that has never been done before in our system of care.
* This program collaborates and accepts referrals from the Access
and Crisis Line (ACL) and law enforcement.
* MCRT will offer crisis triage and management, risk assessment,
in-person intervention, and case management.
* Each team will respond to calls from the mobile crisis van to
provide services directly in the field
