modifies general systems-level software/hardware, specialized
utility and/or hardware. Interprets wireless specifications.
Designs test plans, scenarios, scripts, or procedures. Documents
systems-level defects, using a bug tracking system, and report
defects to developers. Identifies, analyzes, troubleshoots, and
documents problems with program function, output, or content.
Develops testing programs that assess effectiveness of a new system
or modification of an existing system.Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer
Science, or related field and 2+ years of Systems Test Engineering
or related work experience.
- OR Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems,
Computer Science, or related field and 1+ year of Systems Test
Engineering or related work experience.
- OR PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science,
or related field.Job Function/Responsibilities:Responsible for
mobile power product test execution for Gaming related user
scenarios to cover current mobile top game scenarios, identify
platform issues and perform power competitive analysis. In this
position, the technical area has covered whole system include CPU,
GPU, DDR, WIFI and so on. It is easier to gain deep understanding
of system architecture.
- Support product test and provide reliable test data and report
across different functional teams.
- Perform power breakdown for Gaming user scenarios and capture
related logs to analyze the sub-system behavior.
- Be good at navigating platform/devices issues and give the
analysis to identify the root cause based on available logs.
- Support internal feature development testing and involve
feature design and design corresponding user cases.
- Optimize test procedure, develop test case, extend the test
check point and debugging method to find more platform issues.
- Support customer reported issues and related feature
development testing, co-work with Dev team to tune best parameters
to balance power and performance.
- Master power related knowledge and identify potential power
optimization via testing.Skills/Experience:
- 3 to 10 years of system testing or software development
experience in Power/Performance, CPU/GPU/DDR area is a plus.
- Good understanding of system power or performance, related test
and development experience is a plus.
- Good knowledge in CPU Scheduler/GPU/NSP, Kernel, embedded
system, Linux/Android framework.
- Have android related system testing and good analytical and
debugging skills.
- Can communicate and collaborate well across teams, good
initiative capacity is a plus.
- Familiar with hardware and PMIC is a plus.
- Good communication skills both in Chinese and English.Education
