have strong front-end JavaScript experience and are passionate
about creating excellent user experiences. You are excited about
exploring new front-end technologies and eager to push the
boundaries of what is possible. You thrive on challenges and

table. You are enthusiastic about working with the latest
technologies, such as React, Redux, and GraphQL. You are a
collaborative team member, working with experienced colleagues to
help evolve the technology stack and build modern, exceptional user
experiences for our customers. You have a solid understanding of
how to build performant, scalable user interfaces, with a keen
attention to design aesthetics and engineering excellence.What You
Will Do in This Role:
- You will directly impact our customers' productivity by
building features that enable them to work more efficiently.
- You will engineer highly interactive, scalable web-based
application UIs that can handle complex application
requirements.
- You will leverage your experience with modern web experiences,
performance optimization, architecture, and object-oriented design
to push the boundaries of our platform.
- You will improve existing user interfaces to enhance
interactivity, intuitiveness, performance, and overall user
satisfaction.
- You will create tools, libraries, and frameworks to enable
other developers to build upon.
- You will collaborate with teams across the organization to
streamline application development and deployment.
- You will work closely with UX designers and back-end developers
(services and database teams) to ensure seamless integration and
interactivity-or take a full-stack approach and use our platform to
build the back-end services and data models you need.
- You will apply new technologies and innovations to enhance the
functionality of the platform.
- You will help deliver an outstanding experience for our
customers.
- You will be part of a team that is leading the evolution of our
platform's user interfaces.QualificationsTo succeed in this role,
you should have:
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to
integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or
problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools,
automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring
AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
- 2+ years of experience in the software industry
- A passion for software development and problem solving
- Experience designing and implementing highly interactive user
interfaces for high-traffic web applications
- Proficiency with JavaScript libraries such as AngularJS,
Bootstrap, React, Node.js, jQuery, and Prototype
- Familiarity with technologies like AJAX, JSON, HTML, XML, CSS,
SOAP, REST, and their associated frameworks
- Experience with Java or another object-oriented programming
language
- Experience with relational databases and SQL
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with open-source technologies like Linux,
Apache/Tomcat, and MySQL
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a
related field (optional but preferred)
