Crafting the right network, with the right equipment and software, requires a combination of technical skill and careful planning. That's why we need you, a seasoned network engineer who knows how to develop the exact network Navy Enterprise Networks needs.As the lead network engineer for our team, you'll use your experience in network design and architecture to support the nation's defense and respond to evolving adversaries. You'll upgrade or develop enterprise-wide infrastructure, troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues, analyze current working infrastructures, and increase security, reliability, and availability for mission-critical network systems.Your knowledge of DoD Enterprise Network Design and Architecture will come in handy as you optimize client operations and modernization. Using your experience in software and hardware firewalls, Cisco hardware, firewalls, cloud migration, optical infrastructure networking, and virtual routing and forwarding, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to clients on mission-critical projects. • 7+ years of experience as a network engineering lead or architect for large Enterprise DoD Networks
• 3+ years of experience as a senior Network Engineer supporting large DoD networks with 3,000+ users
• 3+ years of experience providing engineering support in a professional setting
• HS diploma or GED
• IAT and IAM Level II Certification
• Secret clearanceNice If You Have:
  • Experience as a technical lead across multiple functional domains
  • Bachelor's degree

The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
