• BizzyCar is looking for an energetic Senior Product Manager to lead our AI and integrations initiatives. This role is critical in strategizing, developing, and executing BizzyCar's product roadmap and vision for our data-driven and messaging products. The Senior Product Manager will deliver business value to both new and existing customers by enhancing existing integrations and messaging solutions that drive customer value.Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage the product roadmap for our GenAI Agent, incorporating insights from customers, market trends, and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and data science teams to build intelligent, scalable AI-driven interactions that enhance customer engagement.
  • Define and track key success metrics, ensuring continuous learning and improvement in AI-powered engagement.
  • Lead discovery efforts to explore new AI capabilities, enhancing personalization and automation for customer interactions.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to drive adoption and go-to-market strategies.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in LLMs, NLP, and conversational AI to inform product evolution.Qualifications
    • 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS environment, with a focus on AI, automation, or conversational platforms.
    • Strong understanding of GenAI, NLP, and machine learning models, with hands-on experience in AI-driven products.
    • Proven track record of leading AI-driven engagement products from concept to launch.
    • Ability to balance strategic vision with strong execution skills, working cross-functionally to ship high-impact AI solutions.
    • Exceptional analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
    • Startup experience preferred-someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
