cultural attractions. The Navy SEAL Museum San Diego is searching
for an inspiring Director of Guest Services to oversee ticket
sales, admissions, and our vital docent and volunteer programs.
This role is your chance to shape an unforgettable visitor
experience that honors the legacy of the Navy SEALs while fostering
a culture of hospitality and excellence.Your Impact:
- Be the driving force behind a guest service culture that
exceeds expectations.
- Collaborate with Marketing to achieve a goal of 65% online
ticket sales through innovative strategies.
- Lead and develop a dedicated team of staff and volunteers to
create meaningful visitor interactions.
- Ensure seamless admissions processes, especially during peak
times and special events.
- Leverage data and reporting to identify trends and shape
strategies for success.What You Bring:
- Proven leadership experience in guest services, admissions, or
ticketing, with 3-7 years of progressive success.
- Expertise in ticketing systems and online sales
strategies.
- A strong passion for creating extraordinary guest experiences
and motivating teams.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational
skills.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset that thrives in a
