Power Generation (PG) segment strategy execution, maximizing the
business segment growth and achieving the PG vision. It encompasses
strategic product management, including creation, development,
positioning, and marketing, through market analysis, solution
development, and strategic communication.The role will necessitate
up to 25-30% travel.This position will report to the Power
Generation Marketing Manager.Main Responsibilities
- Identify and Develop Strategic Business Opportunities:
Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, and Engineering to
identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within the Power
Generation sector, driving business segment growth.
- Conduct Market Analysis and Competitive Positioning: Map and
assess markets to determine Solar's right to win, ensuring
strategic alignment and effective competitive positioning.
- Lead Market Opportunity Analysis and Solution Development:
Conduct comprehensive analyses of key market opportunities in Power
Generation and develop strategic solutions to address them.
- Formulate and Implement Strategic Communication Plans: Develop
and execute communication and messaging strategies for internal and
external audiences, ensuring clarity and consistency across all
channels.
- Define Market Requirements and Drive Product Development:
Identify critical customer requirements, develop Marketing
Specifications, and guide product evolution to meet market
needs.
- Evaluate and Recommend Strategic Investments: Analyse
competitive responses, business plans, and market trends to inform
investment decisions and support the execution of strategic
programs.Critical Skills

generation sector, its customers, and applies global market
