Job Description:
A company is looking for a Renewal Manager responsible for
customer retention through the renewal process.
Key Responsibilities
Maximize revenue retention by collaborating with Sales and Customer
Success
Manage relationships with channel partners and end users to close
renewal opportunities
Oversee the renewal lifecycle management, including administrative
tasks and achieving quarterly targets
Required Qualifications
2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role or related
function, focusing on customer renewals in the technology or
software industry
Working knowledge of renewals, renewal programs, and strategies for
revenue growth
Strong numerical skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems preferred
