Job Description:
A company is looking for a Medicare Issue Management Senior
Advisor to lead cross-functional issue resolution related to
operational matters and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end cross-functional issue management and
resolution process, ensuring timely remediation
Collaborate with business partners to identify issues, root causes,
and develop remediation plans
Facilitate complex issues and ensure all stakeholders are informed
of issue status
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
At least 5 years of experience in Incident Management, Project
Management, Change Management, and Process Improvement
High School Diploma required; higher education preferred
5+ years of Medicare/Medicaid experience with knowledge of
regulatory requirements
Experience with FACETS, Symplr, and ServiceNow preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
