Job Description:
A company is looking for an Employee Engagement Manager to
enhance employee experience and recognition through strategic
initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive employee engagement strategy
aligned with company values and objectives
Lead programs that foster collaboration, belonging, and team
connectivity while managing recognition initiatives
Leverage data to inform strategy and measure the success of
engagement and culture programs
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development,
Communications, Business Administration, or a related field, or
equivalent professional experience
5-7 years of experience in employee engagement, internal
communications, or culture programs
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage
multiple initiatives
Experience in analyzing data to create actionable insights
Proficiency in employee engagement tools and Google Suite for
collaboration and reporting
