Job Description:
A Registered Nurse (RN) in Home Health provides care to patients
in their homes, offering personalized medical services to
individuals who are recovering from surgery, managing chronic
conditions, or need ongoing treatment. They assess patient health,
administer medications, wound care, and assist with activities of
daily living, ensuring patients are comfortable and safe in their
home environment. Home health nurses also educate patients and
