Job Description THIS IS A 2nd SHIFT POSITION FROM 3:00p to

can be proud of.As a Crane Supervisor, you will:
- Coordinate and assign crane operator schedules to ensure
adequate coverage for all projects and tasks.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations,
conducting regular inspections of equipment and work sites to
identify and address potential hazards.
- Oversee transportation logistics, including coordinating the
movement of trucks and cranes to and from job sites and ensuring
timely delivery of equipment.
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to
plan and execute crane operations in alignment with project
timelines and objectives.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs of cranes, ensuring that
equipment is properly maintained and serviced to minimize downtime
and maximize efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of crane operations, including
scheduling, maintenance, and safety inspections, and prepare
reports as needed.
- Allocate personnel and resources to efficiently support all
contracts (including shift work) and work items.
- Oversee and monitor schedule performance, including review of
ongoing and upcoming projects, investigation of late activities,
project supervision, and the development of practical
solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate project budget performance, including
review of ongoing and upcoming projects, development of
productivity enhancements and investigation of over-budget
items.
- Monitor productivity across all shifts, including the amount
and type of work assigned as well as the quality and quantity of
work accomplished.
- Perform personnel related functions including, but not limited
to, the supervision of employees, performance management, workforce
reductions, promotions, demotions, and discipline.
- Ensure that employees understand and adhere to Company
policies.
- Train and motivate employees in the areas of technical
knowledge, safety, environmental and communication. Required
Education, Experience, & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent degree and at least 5 years'
experience.
- ------------NCCCO or equivalent certifications
- Proven experience in crane operations and logistics
management.
- ---Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to
crane operations.
- Ability to ready and comprehend NAVSEA standard work
items.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, schedule, supervise, and direct
the work of other employees in the relevant trade or industry.
- Ability to use discretion and judgment in making operations and
personnel decisions.
- Proficient computer skills required including experience with
Microsoft Office programs and similar software.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to obtain DBIDS to access Military Base.Preferred

InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $78760 - $133870Please note:
This range is based on our market pay structures. However,
individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors
including, but not limited to: business considerations, local
market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate
qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience. Employee
