Here you'll enjoy a friendly workplace environment, competitive health benefits, career growth opportunities and our Go Hilton travel discount program.We are hiring our next experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to oversee Odysea Waterfront Lounge.Hourly Rate: $25.00 - $29.00 per hourShift Pattern: 6pm - 2am closing shiftThe ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• At least 1 year restaurant/bar direct supervisor or manager experience
• Strong beverage background, comfortable jumping in behind the bar when needed
• RBS/Food Handlers certifications

Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
    • Supervise, support, schedule, assign daily work, inform and train team members in all restaurant activities and operations
    • Monitor, observe and assist in evaluating team member performance
    • Support and assist team members in handling guest inquiries and requests and in resolving guest complaints
    • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
    • Manage and monitor product quality and service and satisfaction trends, evaluate and address issues and make improvements accordingly
