Volt is hiring a Human Resources Coordinator in Chatsworth,
Ca

As a Human Resources Coordinator your responsibilities will
include:
Review and update job descriptions annually or as needed.
Lead the full life cycle recruitment process, including posting
ads, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, extending offers,
and onboarding.
Collaborate with staffing agencies to communicate daily production
staff demands.
Manage the onboarding process, including new hire paperwork,
orientation, and badge preparation.
Facilitate benefits administration, including initial enrollment,
open enrollment, and qualifying events.
Maintain personnel documents, performance evaluations, health
insurance, and training records in compliance with legal
requirements.
Oversee the monthly company newsletter and other mass email
communications.
Assist in conducting and resolving employee complaints and
concerns.
Support the exit process to address employee concerns properly.
Handle administrative functions such as managing phone, mail,
janitorial services, office supplies inventory, and billing
requests.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Psychology, Business
Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with
proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
Strong organizational skills, flexibility, and ability to maintain
confidentiality.
Passion for serving others and ability to be mentored in a
team-oriented environment.
Ability to work flexible hours, including possible overtime and
business travel as needed.
Bilingual in Spanish or Chinese Required
Full Time Role Onsite Position
Hourly Pay: $23.00-$25.50
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on
several factors, including the candidate's education, work
experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications,
etc.
