Job Description:
A company is looking for a Human Resources Director who will
manage and oversee the organization's HRIS and human resource
programs.
Key Responsibilities
Develops and implements HR policies, ensuring legal compliance and
best practices
Coordinates recruitment efforts and oversees the performance
management and compensation processes
Maintains data integrity in HR systems and provides necessary
training to end users
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in a relevant field with 4 to 10 years of related
experience or equivalent combination of education and
experience
Extensive experience in Human Resource Information Systems
SPHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
Proficiency in spreadsheet, word processing, and presentation
software
Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and
regulations
