care.The Human Resources (HR) Assistant is responsible for the
administrative support of day-to-day Human Resource Operations.
This includes preparing correspondence, reports and presentations;
handling information requests; receiving new hires and department
visitors; document retention filing; assisting with meetings and
trainings; and maintaining calendars and schedules.Duties &
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Human Resources
department in managing calendars, schedules, and the HR conference
room.
- Answer, screen, and route incoming departmental visitors and
telephone calls.
- Create, update, file and maintain personnel and human resources
related files in a timely and accurate manner.
- Create and process new hire onboarding packets including
pictures, badges, I-9 and E-Verify, and new hire documentation. May
present the new hire documentation section of NHO upon occasion as
needed.
- Accurately prepare and reconcile credit card statement,
invoices, and other expenses.
- Manage, track and process telecommuting programs.
- Process monthly Arbitration Agreement reporting.
- Process monthly 1-9 and BLS renewal reminders.
- Respond independently to and initiate telephone and written
inquiries and correspondence, including verifications of employment
and other requests for information.
- Ensure reception areas, conference room, kitchen and common
areas are well-maintained, neat, and clean for each working
day.
- Answer routine questions from employees regarding human
resources issues, rules, and regulations.
- Process mail, HR inbox email, and faxes including receiving,
sorting, timestamping, and distributing incoming and outgoing
correspondence and packages throughout the workday.
- Compose and/or prepare accurate correspondence, memoranda,
forms, and reports; copy, collate, bind, fax, email and distribute
information in various formats.
- Process annual personnel file purging. Primary contact for
accessing stored files with Corodata.
- Coordinate and prepare for meetings and trainings (i.e.,
ordering food, arranging equipment and supplies, making copies,
etc.).
- Order and maintain adequate office supplies, materials, and
equipment; oversee maintenance schedule of office equipment.
- Create and provide new and replacement employee badges in
compliance with operational policies.
- Send e-mail notices and follow up on renewal of licenses and
CPR Basic Life Support certificates.
- Maintain confidentiality and effectively handle highly
sensitive and personal information with sound judgment, tact, and
discretion.Required Qualifications:
- Associate degree in human resources, office management or
related field, or an equivalent combination of education and
relevant administrative office experience.
- At least two (2) years of administrative support experience in
a professional environment.
- Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and
procedures.
- Knowledge and proper use of grammar, spelling, punctuation,
proofing, document formatting and basic math skills.
- Computer proficiency, particularly with the Microsoft Office
suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Will be required to travel between TRUECARE' sites and local
destinations therefore a California Driver's License, proof of
valid insurance and clean driving record required.Desired
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, office management or
related field.
- Familiarity with California Labor and Employment laws.
- Familiarity with human resource information

for this role is $21 - $29.40 hourly.TrueCare is committed to a

any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above
is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum
of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued
