In this role, you will work closely with mid-level and senior developers to design and deliver data visualizations, dashboards, and reports, leveraging Microsoft Power BI and Dataverse. This is a fully remote position, but applicants must have the ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance.Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to meet client requirements.
• Collaborate with team members to connect, transform, and model data from Dataverse and other data sources.
• Learn and apply best practices for Power BI development, including performance optimization and user-friendly design.
• Support testing, debugging, and maintenance of Power BI solutions.
• Participate in meetings with clients to gather requirements and present progress.
• Document development processes and solutions to ensure knowledge sharing and maintainability.Required Qualifications:
  • Active or ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or 1+ year of relevant experience.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, including building reports and dashboards.
  • Familiarity with data models, relationships, and Dataverse.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Preferred Skills:
    • Exposure to Power Platform tools like Power Apps or Power Automate.
    • Basic understanding of SQL for querying and manipulating data.
    • Relevant Microsoft certifications such as PL-900.Salary Range:$70,000-$95,000 annuallyWork Environment and Mental/Physical Demands:
      • Must be able to perform work in a stationary position at a minimum of 50% of the time.
      • Must have the ability to operate computer and other office productivity machinery consistently during work hours.
