Work Locations: Hilton La Jolla Torrey Pines, 10950 North Torrey Pines Road, La Jolla, 92037
Classification: Full Time
Shift: Varies (AM/PM/Overnight). Must have open availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
Hourly Pay: $24.00
What will I be doing?
As a Security Supervisor, you would be responsible for assisting with the daily supervision and training of Security Officers/Guards to ensure the safety of guests and team members and the security of the hotel. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks:

• 
  
• Patrol the interior and perimeter of the hotel and property to observe and identify potential safety and security risks.
  
• Coordinate and lead response to emergency situations, including safety hazards, fires, medical emergencies, and threats to life and/or property.
  
• Assist in monitoring and developing team member performance, including providing supervision, evaluations, training, scheduling, and delivering recognition and reward.
  
• Initiate preliminary investigations into incidents and write reports, ensuring accuracy of necessary documentation.
  
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests, resolving issues in a timely and friendly manner.
  
• Perform duties of a Security Officer as needed.
