Radiant Kids Therapy is a local, therapist-owned, therapist-led company with an amazing team of high-caliber therapists (PTs, OTs and SLPs), great mentorship and a strong emphasis on supporting our team members well in a fun and engaging environment! Our therapists' job satisfaction and support is just as important to us as our clients' satisfaction with the excellent services they receive.*Radiant Kids Therapy currently has 1-2 openings for Physical Therapists (full-time or part-time) to add to our amazing PT team.* New grads are welcome to apply. We are looking for a high-caliber *Physical Therapist* who is great with kids and families, energetic, exudes care and kindness and strives to continually learn and grow as a therapist.We see all of our young clients *in-home*. We receive numerous referrals every month throughout San Diego County. With Radiant Kids Therapy, you would be visiting clients in their homes in one of the following areas, closest to where you live, for example:* Central San Diego area* Carmel Valley/Sorrento Valley/Mira Mesa and surrounding areas* Poway/ Rancho Penasquitos and surrounding areas.* Escondido/ San Marcos and surrounding areas.* Oceanside/Vista and surrounding areas* East County area* South Bay areaWe offer flexible hours, lower caseloads, mentorship, minimal paperwork and incredibly rewarding work.*We are currently looking for licensed therapists who are:** Licensed in the state of California (or will be soon)* Previous clinical experience with kids is ideal* Available for at least 6 visit hours/week (if part-time), or 35-40 total hours/week (if full-time, including drive time, documentation, etc.).* Excellent written and oral communication skills with strong interpersonal skills* Time management and organizational skills* Comfortable with technology; able to learn digital platforms (e.g., an EMR, Google Drive, etc.)* Have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license* Have good physical stamina and mental health* Enjoy collaborating with families and colleagues, and also enjoy the autonomy an in-home early intervention position provides* Enjoy working with young kids (most clients are 1-3; we also see up through age 18)* Ability to communicate clearly and establish rapport with the family* Want to work with a supportive, speech therapist-owned and managed company* Want to feel the gratification of making a significant impact in the lives of clients and their grateful families!*Compensation*Base salaries for full-time positions range from $78,000 - $92,000, depending on experience and qualifications. *Great bonus structures *make it very feasible to earn an *additional +$6,000-12,000+/year* on top of your salary. Part-time hourly positions range from $58 - $72 per service hour, depending on experience & qualifications. Specialty stipends are available for *bilingual* (Spanish/English) fluency, doctorate, and/or feeding specialist certification.
