  • Ph.D. with over 3 years of experience or a Master's degree with more than 5 years of industry experience in exosome-based drug formulation, lipid nanoparticle (LNP) formulation, lyophilization, or related drug delivery systems.
  • Strong expertise in developing and optimizing formulations for nanoparticle-based drug delivery systems.
  • Solid background in lyophilization process development, excipient selection, and enhancing formulation stability.
  • Proficient in analytical techniques such as DLS, TEM, HPLC, UV-Vis, and LC-MS.
  • Experience in GMP manufacturing, scale-up, and tech transfer is desirable.Perks and Benefits:
