Senior Principal RQ-4 FMS Product Support Integrator/Deputy IPT
Lead to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals within our
Product Support organization in Rancho Bernardo, CA.AccomplishYou
are expected to be a highly motivated, resourceful, self-starter
able to work collaboratively with internal teams and external
customers in high-tempo environments. Under the direction and
leadership of the RQ-4 FMS Product Support IPT Lead, the Deputy IPT
Lead/FMS Product Support Integrator will work with RQ-4 Product
Support Team to ensure quality lifecycle development and logistics
products and services are executed in accordance with the Program
Statement of Work (SOW) and are within budget, schedule
constraints, and closure criteria. You may lead internal and
external Teammates/Suppliers to ensure Program Performance,
cost/schedule and quality objectives are achieved in collaboration
with the program team.This position will help lead technical
coordination between other non-Product Support Program IPTs. The
Deputy IPT Lead/FMS Product Support Integrator will work with the
Customer Program Offices, Program Leaders, and Product Support
Functions to ensure program requirements defined by the SOW are
achieved within budget, schedule, quality, and closure criteria.
You may also coordinate and lead preparation of presentation
materials to support Program Reviews and proposal efforts.The
Deputy IPT Lead/FMS Product Support Integrator will help drive the
Product Support team's technical performance on the RQ-4 platform.
This individual will be expected to facilitate success across all
Product Support teams to include Supportability Engineering,
Support Hardware, Operations, Maintenance, and Technical
Publications by driving efficiencies with peers within PS and at
the appropriate levels of Integrated Product Teams outside of the
PS organization. You should be comfortable with applying analytical
reasoning skills, identifying continuous improvement opportunities
in Product Support operations, dealing effectively with change and
being a flexible team member, and possess solid organizational
abilities.SucceedThe individual we seek will be self-motivated,

qualifications.Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline (Science, Technology,
Engineering or Math) with 8 years of related engineering
experience; OR a Master's degree in STEM with 6 years of related
engineering experience OR a PhD in STEM with 4 years of related
experience.
- Material and labor account earned value management
experience.
- At least 2 years of experience leading a project and/or driving
performance against schedule.
- Experience working with and manipulating detail-oriented
data.
- Experience managing aspects of program execution including
planning, baselining, and implementation across multiple
teams.
- Demonstrated financial management skills including development
and control of program budgets, schedules, Estimate at Complete
(EAC), and the ability to recognize and capture program
changes.
- Previous experience managing a large, geographically dispersed
team.
- Ability to influence and drive results without direct authority
of personnel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to
detail and accuracy.
- Your ability to obtain and/or transfer and maintain the final
adjudicated DoD Secret clearance, and any program access(es)
required for the position within a reasonable period of time, as
determined by the company.Preferred Qualifications:
- Active In-Scope Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance.
- Previous experience working Product Support efforts on
development and/or sustainment programs.
- Previous experience in Supportability Engineering, including
Reliability and Maintainability, DMSMS, Prognostics & Health
Management, and data-driven fleet operational and sparing
modeling.
- Previous experience in Logistics or ILS (Integrated Logistics
Support).
- Previous experience with Fleet operations/ Fleet support.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office programs including Word,
Excel, MS Project, and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation
skills.
- Previous experience working with the RQ-4 platform.
- Previous U.S. Military experience with operations and/or

represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers
a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the
scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's
experience, education, skills and current market

overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition
to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual
contributions as well as allow employees to share in company
