Volt is immediately hiring for a Assembler and Test Specialist in
Irvine, CA
As a Assembler and Test Specialist you will:
Lead technician for the assembly of all product lines, including
medical devices, bottled reagents, and reagent kits.
Perform necessary quality inspections and testing for raw materials
and assembled products.
Operate a variety of hand tools and fine inspection equipment
competently.
Effectively interface with the Warehouse supervisor, Manufacturing
Manager, Lab Team and QA/QC department to execute the manufacturing
schedule.
Create build tickets in company system
Assist in the coordination of physical inventory
Conduct duties in compliance with company QMS, Standard Operating
Procedures (SOPs), and industry standard GMPs.
Conduct standardized cycle counts of raw materials and finished
goods inventory.
Prepare and track commercial and non-commercial shipments. (FedEx,
UPS and DHL)
Interpret and write internal documents in English
Ensure personal and company compliance with local and federal
regulators.
Maintain a clean workstation and warehouse.
Other ad hoc facility tasks as they arise.
Assist with building maintenance

The ideal candidate will have:
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 to 3 years of manufacturing assembly and warehouse
experience, preferably with medical device manufacturing
MRB background and/or knowledge
Strong commitment to safety
Hard work ethic
Very high attention to detail
Pay Rate: $22.00-$25.00
1st shift 7am-4:30pm
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on
several factors, including the candidate's education, work
experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications,
etc.
