Job Description:
A company is looking for a UM/UIM Represented Adjuster for
remote work in TX and CA.
Key Responsibilities
Investigate complex represented claims, including UM/UIM claims and
specialized claims
Negotiate and settle claims with various parties while ensuring
compliance with legal and business standards
Document claims accurately and maintain clear records in the claims
system
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in liability investigations and bodily
injury claims handling
Designate Home State (DHS) Texas License preferred
Experience in casualty claim handling is required
Familiarity with insurance policies and liability determination
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a
remote environment
