Customer Success Renewal Specialist

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Customer Success Specialist / Renewal Specialist.
Key Responsibilities

Manage renewal cycles by monitoring contract dates, conducting renewal discussions, and preparing quotes
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders and assess their satisfaction
Identify at-risk renewals and develop strategies to retain customers while working independently during night shifts

Required Qualifications and Skills

BE/BTech or BCS degree or equivalent experience
5-8 years of experience in the SaaS industry, with 3-5 years in a customer success or renewals role
Proven track record in customer success or account management, ideally with renewals experience
Willingness to work US shifts from 6 PM IST to 3 AM IST
