The Senior Design Specialist is a visually creative designer responsible for crafting high-quality content across digital, print, UI/UX, and multimedia channels. This role works closely with the Marketing, Product Management, and Web Development teams to develop and uphold brand guidelines, maintain design systems, UI/UX standards, and digital assets, and produce graphics that meet the highest standards of visual appeal, usability, and functionality. The role will take ownership of website design updates, user experience improvements, and digital interface consistency, ensuring an engaging and seamless customer experience across e-commerce platforms, web applications, and digital marketing channels. What will you do:Serve as the primary point of contact for marketing design requests, revising and updating materials across all marketing channel ensuring alignment with key stakeholders and customer success objectivesOwn design projects from start to finish, managing timelines, review cycles, and stakeholder feedback to ensure consistent, on-time deliveryElevate and evolve brand aesthetics by conceptualizing and creating visual identities, updating visual brand guidelines, and maintaining design systems and UI/UX standards for consistency and efficiencyLead the design and user experience (UX) for website updates and digital interfaces, ensuring visually engaging, intuitive, and user-friendly experiences across e-commerce, landing pages, and other digital platforms. Introduce innovative and industry best practicesDevelop and optimize marketing assets that enhance user engagement and conversion, including responsive web layouts, interactive elements, and email templatesCreate and manage multiple creative designs for diverse campaigns, maintaining brand cohesion across all visual touchpoints. Lead design concepts, art direction, and visual layouts for print and digital advertising formats, ensuring compatibility between design aesthetics and functional usabilityLead design and UX for website updates and digital interfaces, delivering user-friendly experiences across e-commerce, landing pages, and digital platforms. Collaborate on UI/UX testing and iterations, using feedback and data insights to refine experiences and apply industry best practicesOversee print production and maintain relationships with printing vendors, ensuring quality and alignment with brand standards What you will bring:Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual design, UI/UX design, or a related field5+ years of experience in graphic design, UI/UX, or digital design within an advertising, digital agency, or e-commerce setting, with a versatile portfolio demonstrating strong skills in both digital and print mediumsProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma or Adobe XD for UI/UX designExperience with video editing and motion graphics softwareStrong art direction abilities, with expertise in typography, UI/UX design principles, and digital layout best practices. Experience designing for eCommerce platforms, BigCommerce preferred, with an understanding of user experience (UX) best practices, conversion-driven design, and website optimizationKnowledge of front-end web design fundamentals; HTML/CSS experience is a plusStrong project management skills and a self-starter mentality, with the ability to own design projects from concept to execution.
