Job Description:
A company is looking for a Dispatch Associate.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and manage dispatch system to ensure orders and repair
tickets are available for technicians
Utilize mapping systems to track service order appointments and
coordinate field forces
Interact with technicians and customers to provide information and
resolve issues
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
2+ years of experience in the Telecom industry
Basic keyboard skills, including alpha and numeric
Fundamental knowledge of dispatching techniques
Ability to interpret maps effectively
