Job Description:
A company is looking for a Title Examiner for a remote
opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
Perform title examination and analyze the chain of title for
residential properties
Abstract and analyze records to determine ownership and legal
restrictions
Prepare initial title commitment documentation and review reports
for accuracy
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
Typically requires 2+ years of directly related experience
Experience conducting title exams for the state of NJ
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and research skills
Knowledge of legal terms is helpful
