We are looking for MBA or MS Finance/Accounting graduates to start from Summer 2025 as full-time Senior or Staff Financial Analyst in our San Diego headquarters. The successful candidate will be assigned to a role based on strengths and prior work experience. The position is strongly team-oriented and involves working within financial planning & analysis, business unit finance, technical accounting, internal audit, treasury, tax, and/or investor relations. Great opportunity in a high visibility role to provide analysis to the executive team while partnering with other organizations within the company.Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial data and create financial models to support business decisions.
• Provide insights to the management team on financial performance and trends.
• Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
• Identify areas of improvement and recommend solutions to optimize financial performance.Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 4+ years of Finance, Accounting, or related work experience.
  • Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master's = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.Preferred Qualifications:
    • Currently enrolled in an MBA program graduating no earlier than 2025.
    • MBA Preferred.
    • 7+ years of Finance, Accounting, or related work experience.
    • 2+ years of work experience in a role requiring interaction with senior leadership (e.g., Director level and above).
    • 2+ years of experience working in a large matrixed organization.
    • 2+ years in a leadership role with or without direct reports.
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
