• Air Handlers
• VAV units
• Fan Coils
• Boilers
• DX and package units
• Exhaust Fans
• CRAC units
• Centrifugal Pumps
• Air Cooled and Centrifugal chillers
• Centrifugal pumps
• Cooling towers
• Compressed Air systems
• Variable Frequency Drives
• Building Automation SystemsQualifications

• Proficient in the latest repair and maintenance techniques related to this equipment.
• Basic computer skills needed to navigate our systems, Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.
• Willing to be on a 24/7 "On Call Rotation".
• Clean DMV record.
• Willing to drive personal vehicle to complete daily assignments.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.Skills/Experience
  • Ability to accurately troubleshoot and identify temperature issues, equipment failures and condensation leaks through the buildings.
  • Ability to navigate and control HVAC units and devices through the Building Automation System.
  • Ability to read and understand commercial building blueprints.
  • Interface with internal customers and relay information related to the systems affecting their comfort.
  • Interface with contractors and consultants to provide specific information related to a project or issue, and recommendations.
  • Should also have basic electrical skills and knowledge related to HVAC systems.
