Description: We are seeking a talented Netsuite Business Analyst to join our team and enhance our ERP system. This role involves reporting, system customization, administration, and user support. You will create detailed reports and interactive dashboards to provide valuable insights to our stakeholders. Primary Responsibilities:

Reporting & Documentation:

Create, develop, and maintain custom reports and dashboards within the Netsuite system.
Produce accurate and timely reports to aid in business decision-making.
Ensure reports align with business requirements and offer meaningful insights.
Keep thorough documentation of code changes, integrations, and best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement effective Netsuite Solution.
Engage in project planning, team discussions, and system enhancement initiatives.

Development & Customization:

Develop and maintain custom scripts, workflows, and forms to enhance Netsuite capabilities.
Assist in integrating the Netsuite system with other applications and tools.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions within the Netsuite platform.

System Administration & Maintenance:

ManageNetsuite user accounts, roles, and permissions.
Perform system updates, configurations, and optimizations.
Monitor and troubleshoot ERP-related issues to ensure minimal downtime.
Administer system integrations and support Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

Support & Training:

Provide end-user training and ongoing support for NS functionalities.
Address technical support requests and resolve system-related challenges.
Document processes, workflows, and system customizations for knowledge sharing.

Qualifications:

3-4 years of experience in implementing and supporting NS systems in a global environment.
Direct experience with report writing, finance, and operations modules.
Customer-focused with the ability to understand and respond to customer needs.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and timeframes.
Creative problem-solving skills with a strong 'can-do' attitude.
Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to convey technical information to non-technical staff.
