• Master CRM and database systems specific to military relocation
• Engage in outreach and networking within the military and general community in San Diego
• Establish a network in common relocation cities connected to San Diego
• Provide support to clients in buying and selling homes, focusing on military relocation
• Ensure a seamless and easy relocation process for clients in the military community in San Diego
• Follow up with leads and maintain lead-generation activities
• Schedule and manage appointments effectively
• Successfully close sales with clients in military relocation
