Job Description:
A company is looking for an Area Sales Director for Southern
California.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a team of Sales Directors to achieve individual and team
quotas
Oversee the sales cycle, including negotiations and closing complex
transactions
Develop the Southeast US market and maintain relationships with
partners
Required Qualifications:
Over 10 years of field and remote sales experience with a strong
leadership track record
Experience in B2B sales of networking and/or security solutions
Minimum of 2 years managing an individual contributor sales
team
Channel recruitment and enablement experience with proven
success
Degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent work
experience is preferred
