A company is looking for a Regional Broker Contractor to lead
and grow a team of licensed real estate agents in Texas.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, train, and support agents on compliance, contracts, risk
management, and state regulations
Implement and refine policies for operational efficiency and best
practices
Proactively recruit top-producing agents by highlighting technology
and growth opportunities
Required Qualifications
5+ years of relevant experience in real estate, sales, or brokerage
operations
Proven ability to recruit and lead high-performing agents
Strong interpersonal skills and strategic mindset
Highly organized with multitasking abilities in a fast-paced
environment
