Join us and be part of a team thats reshaping the future of tax resolution.ABOUT THE ROLE:Our Inside Sales Representatives play an integral part in guiding our clients through the various options to resolve tax issues. The ideal candidate is a highly-driven sales consultant who likes to problem-solve and educate.WHAT YOULL DO:Handle the full cycle of sales for inbound and outbound calls, scheduling follow-up calls, and successfully close deals.Use scripts to provide information about programs, services, prices etc. and present their benefitsUtilize different verbal sales methods of communicating with potential clientsEmphasizes service features based on analyses of customers needs and on knowledge of programs and servicesGenerate new business via outbound calls and emailsDrive value of product to client; upsell productsAccurately track all communications in CRM systemConducts clients follow-up calls to ensure that they understand the service and are moving forward with contract/agreementCollaborate with colleagues to exchange information such as selling strategies and marketing informationUtilize a consultative sales approach to explain our programs and servicesManage your leads/calendar/time efficiently to ensure that all monthly sales goals are metThe job includes other duties and responsibilities assigned by managementWHAT YOULL NEED TO HAVE:Highly motivated with a positive attitude and excellent people skillsBe an effective closerWorking knowledge of and expertise with customer information systems and computer software, including Microsoft OfficeTime management multi-tasker, able to prioritize and follow up with clients in a timely mannerProblem solving; ability to constructively handle unexpected problemsStrong Analytical and mathematical skillsDecision making; ability to make sound decisions given the information availableTakes initiative and demonstrates willingness to act with a sense of urgencySuccessful execution with minimal oversight, which requires independent thought, decision-making and applicationProficiency in Microsoft OfficeProficiency in CRMCommunication: excellent written, verbal, and listening skillsAbility to work independentlyWe understand potential comes in many forms.
