Job Description:

A company is looking for a B2B Premium Specialist (Remote Opportunity).
Key Responsibilities

Provide service and escalation support for top accounts, including complex bookings and modifications
Communicate and uphold policies related to travel agent expectations and enhance customer experience through upselling
Utilize multiple systems to educate and support travel agents on booking processes and resolve technical errors

Required Qualifications

1-3 years of customer service experience and computer proficiency
Travel experience is a plus
Familiarity with MS Office
Ability to navigate the internet effectively
Adaptability to a fast-paced changing environment
