About The Role:

Works closely with Capital Markets Senior Leadership on key strategic initiatives. Will be primarily responsible for helping run the national Capital Markets sales training and development program. In addition, the role will assist with operations and technology initiatives and could expand into deal analysis and execution.

What You'll Do:

  • Perform key functions in running a large national sales training program including, coordinating training sessions, tracking sales team performance, as well as assisting in identifying, recruiting and onboarding new sales professionals.
  • Build relationships with senior leadership and key stakeholders to help promote the training program. Present progress updates to Capital Markets Leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Work closely with marketing and finance partners to track sales revenue, create marketing collateral and develop training materials.
  • Partner with the business intelligence team to analyze existing sales team coverage, identify gaps and assist in creating strategies for recruiting or developing sales professionals.
  • Prepare and present results of analysis for projects and/or programs overseen by Capital Markets along with their relative impact(s) to the business to all levels of management.
  • Assist department with diverse analysis tasks such as real estate industry/market insights, management reporting and variance reviews, budgeting, forecasting.
  • May assist in the analysis, underwriting and execution of commercial real estate transactions. The role may assist in functions related to commercial mortgage brokerage.

    • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university and a minimum of 5 years related experience. Background in Finance, Accounting, Research and/or Business Analytics preferred.
    • Knowledge of Capital Markets industry preferred.
    • Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and/or commissions. Conducts basic financial analysis.
    • Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Suite Products including: Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
    • Experience with desktop, graphics, and presentation software and technology preferred.
    • Ability to use query and report generating tools preferred.

      CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Capital Markets Ops Senior Analyst position is $75,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Capital Markets Ops Senior Analyst position is $80,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
