Position Details:

Title: Project Engineer

Location: San Diego, CA

Shift: Mon-Fri 1st shift

Compensation: $80,000-$90,000 - Profit Sharing (first year $5k-$10k) - Car and Cell Allowance

Travel: Local travel to clients in San Diego county

Position Description:

The Project Engineer has the primary role of assisting the Project Manager with the leadership, planning, organization, control, coordination, and direction of project management. Work with field personnel and Estimators to efficiently complete assigned work in accordance with the specifications of the projects, on schedule and within the budget. Prepare submittals, evaluate awarded projects, and coordinate the installation with the company's field personnel and other trades on the job.

Assist the PM on all aspects of the job from inception to closing
Assist in design of the project, Scope of Work verifying, construction milestones are met
Oversee equipment and materials are on site when needed
Identifying and resolving obstacles related to the project
Work with the client to ensure 100% satisfaction
Be able to follow Standard Operating Procedures
Assist with preparation and deliveries of customer proposals and presentations
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
