Ensures compliance with established standards for quality-of-service indicators, appearance, cleanliness, repair and condition of facility. Investigates delays on work orders, solves problems and ensures completion of work, initiating response to issues which require further action and follow up. Maintains integrity of all engineering programs, systems and documentation.
