limitless.Typical duties include (based on experience):
- The PEM will be responsible for providing technical leadership
to the development teams in the design, implementation, testing,
fielding, and support of the system.
- The PEM represents the technical team to project managers,
functions, and executive leadership.
- The PEM serves as the decision authority between the System
Architect and the entire engineering team and is responsible for
developing the overall technical solution.
- In addition, the PEM is responsible for identifying and
communicating technical risks and opportunities between the design
team, system architect and program management team.
- Work as part of a multi-disciplinary engineering team to build
enterprise solutions in a rapid development environment to
integrate, deploy, and support large, complex systems.Required
Education, Experience, & Skills
- Bachelor of Science degree in engineering/technical discipline,
and 5+ year(s) related experience or equivalent experience,
training and/or certifications
- Currently hold an active secret security clearance
- Demonstrated leadership skills (soft skills, strategic
thinking, business acumen, supervisory experience, building teams,
building customer relationships)
- Experience leading IPTs, projects, and/or programs consisting
of mission planning SE, SW development, and IV&V functions and
managing programs with competing/conflicting resource
requirements
- Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to
diagnose, resolve complex problems and to develop improved methods
to increase program efficiency
- Strong proposal writing and review skillsPreferred Education,
Experience, & Skills
- Masters of Science degree in Systems Engineering or related
discipline
- Actively hold a Top Secret Clearance
- Proficiency with Agile management tools (e.g., Jira, BitBucket,
etc.)
- Experience developing proposals, ECPs, and whitepapers focused
on new business
- Experience with strategy development and execution
- Knowledge of open, standards-based architectures, interfacesPay
InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $115779 - $196825Please note:
This range is based on our market pay structures. However,
individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors
including, but not limited to: business considerations, local
market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate
qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience. Employee
