This is a full time, benefited position generally working Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm and as needed. Located at Scripps Clinic Carmel Valley and the Anderson Medical Pavilion (AMP). • Oversite of Primary Care at Scripps Clinic Carmel Valley & the Anderson Medical Pavilion (AMP).
• Facilitate projects in a fast-paced, innovative environment while collaborating with leaders across the organization.
• Be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of an outpatient patient care unit or departments, including financial and operational performance, service excellence, and internal communications.
• Work with the management staff of the practice unit and departments to coordinate strategic planning of business units and the ongoing development and productivity of the physician office practices and non-physician staff.
• Provide leadership and direction to managers, supervisors, and leads to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations, quality outcomes, and superior internal and external customer service.
