Sleep FranchiseAs a Senior Manager on the Sleep Franchise Consumer
marketing team, you will play an essential role in developing and
executing branded and unbranded tactics focused on the Consumer
audience. You will lead several initiatives, including short term
execution, as well as helping drive new capabilities that will set
the brand up for success in the mid to long term. The ideal
candidate possesses strong cross-functional leadership and project
management skills, a track record of successful execution,
excellent communication skills, strong organizational and time
management skills, and a passion to serve patients while
demonstrating the Jazz corporate values. Core Functions &
Expectations: Seeking a team-player who can flex both strategic and
tactical expertise across non-personal and personal Consumer
efforts to deliver on brand objectives. This person will report to
the Executive Director, Consumer Marketing, Xywav, Sleep
Franchise.
- Support the evolution of branded and unbranded marketing
campaigns for the Sleep Frachise to reach targeted
consumer/patients and move them along their patient journey. Work
with Demand Generation lead marketers to incorporate revised visual
and messages into consumer tactics.
- Lead the development and execution of consumer tactics and
revisions based on customer insights and in-market
performance.
- Work closely with Omnichannel lead to define KPIs for consumer
tactics. Attend consumer tactic performance reviews to incorporate
learnings into follow-on tactics.
- Support the development and analysis of market research, both
quantitative and qualitative, to uncover consumer insights and
market trends; propose insight-based tactics to address key unmet
needs for the brand
- Utilize market research and additional analysis to determine
tactic performance and provide revisions to tactics or recommend
new tactics based on findings.
- Work with patient advocacy organizations including leadership
and patient members to deliver appropriate branded/unbranded
activities. Work directly with patients to provide voice of the
customer activities at internal meetings, social media,
testimonials, etc.
- Ensure individual programs and tactics are delivered on time
and within forecasted budget
- Lead the approval process for assigned Consumer Marketing
programs and materials, including the internal
Medical/Legal/Regulatory review process
- Partner with multiple functions, teams and vendors (creative
agency and commercial counterparts, Legal, Reg, Medical,, IT,
Marketing Ops etc) to execute projects on time and on budget
- Represent the brand vision and marketing team objectives at all
times while adhering to regulatory, medical and compliance
marketing parametersQualifications:
- MBA preferred Bachelor or Associate degree required.
- 2+ years of consumer marketing and media experience
- 4+ years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry in any
combination of the following areas: marketing; market access;
project management & planning; sales; commercial analytics
- Proven record of collaborating with cross-functional teams;
demonstrated ability to successfully influence multiple levels of
an organization, both internally and externally
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) with the ability
to tailor communication style to cross-functional partners
- Self-starter with excellent project management skills and the
ability to deliver on multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proven record of successful vendor management, specifically
agency partners
- Demonstrated history of good judgement, problem solving,
strategic thinking and decision-making abilities
- Demonstrated ability to shift focus between strategy, planning
and execution with agility and strict attention to detail
- Experience successfully managing budgets
- Experience navigating legal/regulatory/medical processes
- The position will be primarily home based, with the expectation
that the person is willing to travel to meetings as necessary
Description of Work Environment:
- Frequent computer laptop or tablet use, not usually at a
workstation.
- Travel expectations up to 30%.
- Responsibilities may require a work schedule that may include
working outside of "normal" work hours including some weekend
events/hours in order to meet business demands.
- Frequent public contact requiring appropriate business apparel.

compensation practices and we strive to provide employees with
total compensation packages that are market competitive. For this
role, the full and complete base pay range is: $134,400.00 -
$201,600.00Individual compensation paid within this range will
depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant
experience, job knowledge, and other pertinent factors. The goal is
to ensure fair and competitive compensation aligned with the
candidate's expertise and contributions, within the established pay
framework and our Total Compensation philosophy. Internal equity
considerations will also influence individual base pay decisions.
This range will be reviewed on a regular basis.At Jazz, your base
pay is only one part of your total compensation package. The
successful candidate may also be eligible for a discretionary
annual cash bonus or incentive compensation (depending on the
role), in accordance with the terms of the Company's Global Cash
Bonus Plan or Incentive Compensation Plan, as well as discretionary
equity grants in accordance with Jazz's Long Term Equity Incentive
